About this course
This course introduces every topic you need in order to use the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition in your own organisation, and to prepare for The Open Group's examinations at Level 1 and Level 2.
The 10th Edition brings significant changes to the framework's key capabilities, including new material showing in detail how the Architecture Development Method applies to specific situations such as security architecture, and additions to the business architecture domain.
Whether it runs face to face or by webinar, an instructor-led course gives you a teaching environment you cannot get from a video: an expert instructor, and a room of people asking the questions you had not thought to ask yet.

- The Architecture Development Method, phase by phase, with the ADM guidelines and techniques
- Architecture content: the metamodel, artefacts, deliverables and building blocks
- Enterprise continuum, architecture partitioning and the architecture repository
- Architecture governance, the architecture board and compliance
- Stakeholder management, business scenarios, gap analysis and migration planning
- Applying the ADM to security architecture and to the business architecture domain
- A case study worked through as a series of group and individual exercises

Assessment
Foundation, Level 1
40 multiple-choice questions, 60 minutes, 55% to pass. Closed book.
Practitioner, Level 2
8 scenario questions, 90 minutes, 60% to pass. Open book.
English as a second language
Candidates sitting the examination in a country where English is not the first language are given additional time.
