What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site we collect the name, email address and, where you choose to give them, the telephone number and message you type into the form. We collect nothing else from you through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to tell you about course dates and prices you have asked about, and to keep a record of the conversation. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made of us.

Who we share it with

Our enquiries are handled in our customer relationship management system. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we have a relationship with you, and then for the period our record-keeping obligations require.

Your rights

• Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Object to us using it, or ask us to restrict how we use it
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
