Terms and conditions
The terms on which we provide training courses and services.
Booking
A booking is made when we confirm it in writing. Until then, a date is an enquiry rather than a reservation.
Prices
Prices are confirmed in writing at the point of booking and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Where a course includes an examination voucher, the course page says so.
Transfers and cancellations
To be confirmed by 4dskills: the notice period for a delegate transfer, the notice period for a cancellation, and any charges that apply to each.
Examinations
Certification examinations are set and awarded by The Open Group and are sat through Pearson VUE, at a test centre or online with a proctor. We provide preparation and, where stated, the voucher. We do not set or mark the examination and we cannot guarantee a result.
Course materials
Course materials are licensed to the delegate for their own use and may not be copied or redistributed.
